The production of oily wastewater is large and involves a wide range, such as oil extraction, petroleum refining, petrochemical, oil storage and transportation, tanker accidents, ship shipping, vehicle cleaning, CNC machinery manufacturing, food processing and other processes will produce oily wastewater. Oil pollution, as a common pollution, is extremely harmful to environmental protection and ecological balance. Nowadays, there are many technologies in oily wastewater treatment equipment manufacturers. Commonly used methods include low-temperature distillation, gravity separation, air flotation, coarse granulation, filtration, adsorption and other technologies.

Treatment method of oily wastewater treatment equipment:

1. Low temperature distillation

Under the action of vacuum negative pressure, the boiling point of evaporation of industrial wastewater is reduced, so that the stock solution is heated and then boiled and distilled at 30 °. The distilled steam is condensed into liquid water through the condensation system and discharged to the established collection barrel through the drainage system. According to the different concentration of the treated wastewater The reduction rate can reach 70-95%. The cost of enterprise waste liquid treatment can be reduced by the concentration and reduction of industrial waste water equipment produced by Yujie Technology.

2. Gravity Separation Method

Gravity separation method is a typical primary treatment method. It uses the density difference between oil and water and the incompatibility of oil and water to achieve the separation of oil beads, suspended solids and water in a static or flowing state. The oil beads dispersed in the water slowly float and delaminate under the action of buoyancy. The floating speed of the oil beads depends on the size of the oil bead particles, the density difference between oil and water, the flow state and the viscosity of the fluid.

3. Filtration

The filtration method is to pass the wastewater through a device with holes or through a filter layer composed of a certain granular medium, and use its interception, screening, inertial collision and other effects to remove harmful substances such as suspended solids and oil in the wastewater. There are three commonly used filtration methods: layered filtration, diaphragm filtration and fiber media filtration.
